Shipping to the US
Better Quilt kits offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.
Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.
Better Quilt Kits does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.
Unfortunately Better Quilt Kits can not be responsible for lost or mis-delivered items. We do make the commitment that we strive to make sure that all information is labeled correctly on your shipment and that we will assist in tracking the shipment to the extent that the postal service(s) allows.
Better Quilt Kits does ship internationally using USPS Priority Flat-Rate mail. We can get between 7 Yards (Letter) to almost 10 Yards (Legal) in a Flat-Rate envelope, usually for around $25-$30 USD. If unsure please feel free to Contact Us
Our goal is to offer only the finest Quilt Kits and hope that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their Quilt Kits and Quilting Accessories.
We have a 30-day return policy for items you are not satisfied with, subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization and must be returned in their original condition and in their unopened packaging and otherwise be in a resalable condition. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.
Due to copyright laws, software, patterns and books may not be returned which includes Quilt Kits containing patterns. Sale items and Special Discount as well as cut yardage may not be returned.
Defective or damaged materials will be exchanged with the same material at no additional cost, as long as our customer service department is informed within 24 hours of delivery. All materials returned will be inspected to determine whether the item appears defective.
